Pretty simple really, here are the steps..

1) Figure out your bulb size in stock housing..
2) Go online or to store, buy HIDs, the whole kit including ballasts and relay harness (if needed) with aforementioned bulb size.
3) Remove old light bulbs, put in HID light bulbs and mount ballasts somewhere (doesn't really matter where).
4) Connect everything as needed.
5) Drive around with your new HIDs.

I am not 100% sure when I say this but I am like 90% sure that you shouldn't need to splice anything just for HIDs. It should plug in right into the stock harness.. I have aftermarket housings on mine but even if I didn't they should plug in to the harness itself.

Why do you ask?? Are you unable to plug it directly into the stock harness??
