I am trying ti change the bumper turn signals on my 1993 accord lx into fog lights and keeping the bell housings as turn signals

 

Please post a pic with arrows and nptes to show what and where you want to make these changes.

 

First you'd need to get Euro Clear signal and then run some higher wattage bulbs in them and find/make/buy the fog harness for that vehicle, along with the button switch.

 

ok if i understand the first part, you want to make your bumper lights stay on like foglights, and still maintain its turn signal function. that right? if that is the case then this is a small mod that ppl do to their 5th accords and its not too hard. i dont understand the bell housings part.

 

I want to change my bumper turn signals into headlights but I still want to keep the bell housings as turn signals the bell housings are the signals on the front quarter panel

so bell housings = corner lights. assuming 4th accord corner lights blink to signal, you wont have to do anything with them for what you want to do.
and if you want to make your bumper lights into foglights, you'll have to buy euro clear bumper lights and get creative. there's a relay method to make the bumper lights real bright. but the fact that you'd be using aftermarket bumper lights, the housing will melt from the heat. you could try hacking up the back of the bumper light and try fitting thin LED fogs in there.

 

Just get the Euro bumper lights, but a set of DDM Tuning HIDs that will fit, wire them up with a relay and call it a day! I'd add a switch in the cabin to activate them, and make sure the old wiring isn't connected, you don't want to be using HIDs as signals.
