Default 95 Accord DX no headlights or turn signals

I got the car back from the police after it was recovered, theft, and replaced the ignition. Now I have no headlights or turn signals. I still have parking lights and dash lights tho. I checked the brakes lights which are fine, as well as reverse lights. Unable to check the hazard lights because the console is missing from where the radio was stolen and I don't have a button. Any suggestions?

You need the hazard switch installed to have the turn signals working. All the wiring goes through that switch.

As for the headlights, start by checking the fuses. Do the headlights work?

As i stated before the headlights don not come on. They worked prior to the theft. There is a connector on the column for the headlights which I cleaned to see if that was problem but no go. The only thing that will come on is the parking lights and the lights on the dashboard. I mean have to get another console so I guess the hazard switch would be a good place to start. Additionally all the fuses associated with the headlights and turn signals are intact.

Good call on the hazard switch, I have signal lights now, but still no headlights. I had the connector to the headlight tested and there's no power to the headlights. Fuses all seem fine. Gonna check now and make sure I'm checking the right fuse.

The fuses were fine, but the lighting relay was missing. I hate thieves... At least my son is now back on the road. I bet he won't leave the club in the trunk the next time he parks it. Not that it's invincible but you gotta give some resistance, low lying fruit is easy pickings.

I meant to ask if the high beams worked before.

Anyway, thanks for posting the solution.
