Default 99 accord, backlight, turn signals doesn't work

so the clock backlight went out, i ended up replaced the whole hazard switch and clock module. the replacement i got supposed to work for all years from 98-02.

after the replacement, all backlights and the turn signal no longer work.

i have checked the fuses, they are good, and the weird thing is that: if i press the hazard switch, the backlights came on, but not the hazard signaling ..

i put back the old hazard switch, the hazard signaling still work, but backlight still isn't working, wonder what i have busted from this process.. sigh..

(it is a 1999 accord)

any pointer would be appreciated..

what do you mean by all back lights? Reverse lights? What about individual signaling? Not doing hazards. Parking lights, brake lights ect...

How many plugs are there? You may have them backwards. If not that, do the dash lights without the hazard/switch clock plugged in? If not that either, you may have picked up a switch you thought was new. May have to get a brand new one.
