Default 1989 Accord low beams/turn signals dont work

hi. recently my low beams in my accord went out..they both went out at the same time while i was driving at night..like 10 minutes before they went out, they kinda flickered a little bit and i smelled a burning electrical smell from in my car..then my lights went out..the headlight fuses are good. the high beams and parking lights still work..and the turn signals and hazzards worked too but i discovered my headlight switch module was broken so i replaced it..but since i put the new switch module in the turn signals and hazzards dont work..and the low beams still dont work..high beams still work..im thinking it might be a relay? i dont know why the turn signals dont work now when they did before i replaced the switch..all the connectors are plugged in right, and replacing my switch didnt fix my problem..can anyone help me please?? much appreciated

Did you check all of the leads from the switch through the harness to the lights? Burning smell suggests arcing.
Also probably wrong category

Check the fuses for the low beam lights as well.
