Default Turn signals won't work!

In an effor to fix the left turn signal that resides in the lower half of the bumper, I broke all of them. I was simply putting a volt meter into the socket and sure enough I was getting a reading the same on the left hand side (non-working) as I was on the right hand side which was working perfectly. I then tried the bulb from the passenger side in the drivers side and still not working? Well I went to put the bulb into the passenger side and call it a night..... low and behold they all stopped working !

By the way this is a 1993 Honda Accord LX, with 250,000 miles and going strong......still drive like it is getting broken in.....

Is there a relay or something that I blew up? I check all of the fuses which are under the hood on the passenger side near the windshield and they were all fine.....

There were however some relays in that fuse box that I am not sure about ?

By the way, the headlights work, the 4 way flashers work, running lights work......

HELP !
