From what I have seen and read the front can be done without any extreme modifications. But you would need the hood, fenders, bumper, bumper support, grill, and head lights. And it would be by no means a direct bolt on.
As far as converting the rear I'm not sure how you'd do it. Anyway would involve a lot of custom work since the shapes are completely different.
