hey all, im looking to get some jdm black housing projectors off ebay and also black corner lenses. for the projectors...will 8500k HID bulbs work in projector headlights to replace the stock bulbs??(looking to buy the blue hid's)

 

Make sure your ccorner turn signals in the front have yellow bulbs and reflectors. DOT regulations require the front signals to be yellow.

 

Hey...quick question. Do you have to bake your headlights (to peel back plastic covering) to change lightbulbs? Or is there another method...

 

no when i replaced them when one burnt out i just accessed them and pulled the one out and popped the new one rite in....
....my model does require me to take out the battery for the passenger side in order to get to the headlight

 

You think they changed for the 7th gen?

 

not sure, ive never really worked on the newer accord. mines a 93 and my friend has a 96 lol

but i have heard of people baking head/tail lights because they dont fit, or bulbs, etc

 

yah i just did ultra silverstars in my 04. you need to take the battery out..mine was a HAARDon the drivers side. had to use adjustable pliers to turn the bulb...
