Default License Plate Bulbs

Can somebody help me in finding out where I can get bulbs for my license frame that will closely match the color of the Lexus GS plate bulbs? I can't stand the yellowish color on mine and want to swap them out. Thanx

I suppose the lexus is white as well, it almost has a slight hint of blue to it. It is almost ominous, not too bright where it is distracting

pull one of the bulbs out, go into your local auto parts store and buy about a half dozen clear white bulbs, get a pack of permanent markers in like blue, green, black, red etc. color the exterior of the bulb (try black first, often give a bluish tint) put the bulb in and hold the cover over it, if you like it great! if not try another one... that's the easiest/cheapest way... Or sometime you can buy the bulbs already colored depends on what size/style it is

I changed out my license plate light on my 2004 Accord sedan. I bought them off Ebay. Mine are a bluish LED light. Im happy with it. btw, I didn't pay much either for it. It came with reverse bluish lights also so it was a good deal. It was worth-

i replaced mine with some "wide angle" ones from superbrightleds.com. ive tried other styles, but this style was the best with the best color and light output. its very white and looks ominous on my black license plate. i need to take some pictures, but i'll post them here when i do. here's the link for the bulbs (first one on the screen) the "cool white" are the really white ones i have: http://www.superbrightleds.com/cgi-b...17&next=50

ebay bulbs normally suck and take 3 weeks (normally) to get here from hong kong or whereever they come from. these bulbs are in the U.S. so they ship quicker and are quality LEDs. practically same price as ebay too.
