Without plumbing, the scoop can't be functional! Ant, do you plan to make custom molded or cast parts to match up with your scoop? Custom ram air?

in fact, I just saw a eclipse yesterday that has all that done to it, I laughed at it at first, SMOOOOOKED it in a 07 Durango...laughed even more seeing asi was cruising a SUV loaded with 3 sets of toolbags, 3 guys and 10,000 feet of cable....now that's sad.

Well no duh
V6 or the Hemi? When you have a v6 and let alone a v8 you have tons more torque than a 4 banger (since you smoked it plus if he had subs and a good setup that can easily weigh more than 100 pounds.) Not to mention gobbles of more hp. I dont really know how that is sad...its simply common sense. And I suppose you would be dumbfounded if you beat a Miata as well.
Air vent. I think I'll drop the carbon fiber dash kit. I definitely want LEDs and not neon on the inside, and they'll be subtle. I'll put in some gauge pods and make them look like they were stockish. That'll be kinda hard, but I might be able to pull it off. I could actually use them, too. I definitely want racing seats and the seat belts to go along with them. Any ideas for modding the backseat area? About the body kits. I don't really like the look of the stock bumpers, and I'm stuck between these two kits: http://www.extremedimensions.com/975.html and http://www.extremedimensions.com/1721.html. Tell me what you think. I do want a carbon fiber hood since that'll take a good bit of weight off my car. If I get a spoiler, it will be the stock spoiler or this one: http://www.extremedimensions.com/6598.html. I want one that is kinda short, not tall. I'm still gonna keep the ACCORD windshield decal on the car. I think that some weatherguards would look nice around the windows. Any recommendations for fog lights? I'd like some for my car.
OEM fog lights by far look the best. clear or yellow. then again you need the stock bumper. the last two link didnt work for me. you will do what you want, but my feeling is that stock looks the best and by adding a subtle lip kit to it, you enhance the natural beauty of the vehicle, while preserving the stock functions. such as turn signals. if you get a body kit, what will you do for front turn signals? it can be a dilemma as im not sure if side mirrors with blinkers will legally suffice. and LEDs or neons on the outside is in no way subtle. quite the opposite, drawing the wrong kind of attention to yourself. you cant drive with them on anyway, unless you want the popo smacking you up.

uhm....no I wouldn't.
and did you read all that I have in that durango? for a quick count...3 grown men, me @ 175lbs, one @ 250 easily, and 3rd @ 200lbs, 3 full tool bags each carrying full drill kits and various handtool (I know for a fact mine ways in at over a 100lbs) 10,000 feet of cabling and each box weighing more than 110lbs so the weight difference is negligible here....and the eclipse was nothing but a "rice" machine...and I have gotten my a$$ handed to me by eclipses in AZ before and the Durango isnt exactly fast...in fact I am quite unimpressed, my suburban was faster ad that was lifted and 4 wheel drive...so yea, it was pretty sad that the eclipse got smoked so badly. ad the was no system in the eclipse...I could see in it easily from the height of the durango and there was no tint on the eclipse...no box, no subs....just a "rice" car which is what half the convo here is about.
I meant to say LEDs on the inside, not the outside. As for the body kit, my front bumper is kinda messed up and I would like to replace it. Umm, sorry about the links. I'll repost them. For some reason, it added the periods to the link. http://www.extremedimensions.com/1721.html and http://www.extremedimensions.com/6598.html I wonder what a lip kit would look like.
no i read that wrong, my bad. the last link still doesnt work. i have a Mugen lip kit on my car for reference. hit the "Mod List" link down there to see more. the best looking body kit i think is the Mugen full front kit, or the Bomex kit. i'd pick Mugen if given the choice. i still like our bumpers better though.
I don't give opinions on other people's visual mods since it's their car to do whatever makes them happy with. As far as the air vent goes, this will not improve the output of the car and since you have a CAI and not SRI, will not affect the temp of the intake air either. I like my ventguards, but I wish they were lower profile (the in track type, no tape). For the seats, I'd recommend slider mounts so you can adjust how far you sit from the pedals (they cost about twice the price of fixed mounts). You have 4 doors, so you don't need to worry about a release to get into the back seat (an unexpected problem I've seen in coupes). For passenger comfort, I'd recommend leaving the 3-point seatbelt and maybe adding the racing harness. Look for a center brace to mount the harness straps to.
