MY CAR GOT SCRATCHED@!!!!

Default MY CAR GOT SCRATCHED@!!!!

My lovely 06 Honda Accord got scratched on rear driver side bumper. it's about .5 inch thick and 5 inch long. I know it will cost some $$ for the paint job. I just want to get ride of those white scratch marks. Does anyone know how to remove that whirte marks?
Please Help Me[]

probably just a good scrub. you might need to go with something a little more harsh like a rubbing compound or i have heard other people say other things. if i find the brand ill post it.

How deep are the scratches? If you want a temporary solution so it's not visible from a small distance you can get one of those paint pens from walmart... I've also seen (believe it or not) that if you can match the color close enough you can get away with using a perminant marker to cover it so it's not visible to people as you drive...

I've used the touch up paint from pepboys with great results. I know how you feel though, my car has a dent in the rear passenger door. I just came out to a dent and scratch out of nowhere one night [:@]

If it's on your bumper you are better than it would have been on your door or fender. I heard about some compound in a form of a paste. Just put it on using an old credit card or something similar. Once it dries, remove the overage that accumulated around a scratch. Then buy a touch-up marker at Auto-Zone or any car parts store and touch it up. Whalla! Hope this helps!
