Well my friend came over so we worked on it some more. Long story short it now has the housing from Fiji Blue so it has the yellow over the high beams. replaced most of the bolts that had rusted/stripped etc. Got them aimed better now.

Then the best part.

When it was all said and done we got out of the car, and heard it beep, and we didnt know what it was. Then my friend realized he had left his phone in the car, so I noticed the doors were locked, which I didnt lock them. So i unlock and open them and the alarm goes off(I dont have a remote for it) so i pop the hood, rip out the speaker(this thing was stupid loud). So then the alarm is still going off so it wont let you to start the car. So I unplug the box under the dash(rigged together) and now all is good. It still has a misterious beeping everytime i shut off the car which i cant figure out.
