The paint on my 99 Accord really sucks.

The roofline right above the sunroof and the trunk lid and hood are the worse.

I was thinking about painting or having a simple paint job done on the car.

Had anyone done a good home paint job on a car with this kind of clear coat peeling? I assume the entire car would have to be stripped of this stuff for any kind of paint to have good adhesion ability.

thanks. I was thinking of going the Maaco route too. But I don't want to pay $400-500 for a paintjob only to have it peel off in a month.
