why does paint come off accords from the late 90's??

why does paint come off accords from the late 90's??

probably the wrong section, but why does the paint fade off the top of Accords from the 90's???

looks like a flaw from the factory, what year Accords did this effect?

Not just early 90's or Honda;
The clear coat over the paint gets 'dissolved' by the UV rays from the sun.

my 91 honda looks like a 2 tone paint job. light blue on top(no clear) and dark blue on the bottom...

im in the process of rattle can painting, flat black...
