Pealing window frame
My window frame on the outside of the car is pealing whereit makes a 90 degree angle (top right corner of window for drivers side)
1. Whats involved with replacement ?
2. Is it covered under warranty ?

That definitely sounds like a warranty issue. That shoudn't be happening especially on a '06 like you have. I would be pretty upset if that were happening to mine!
