Projector Headlights.. what's with the extra harnesses?

Projector Headlights.. what's with the extra harnesses?
I've been looking at getting projector headlights for my accord and I'm noticing that most of them have a slot for a single bulb (9006) and there are harnesses hanging off of the backside of the lense everywhere.
Do projector headlights install just like any other lense? Install it, pop in two bulbs (2 more if you have 1 piece lenses) and adjust them.. ?

99% of the projector lights I have seen have a harness for low beam, high beam, and corner/parking light (if they're one piece).
