Replacing leather seat
Still do not know exactly what happened, but the seat bottom to my passenger leather seat has been fried. I live in Phoenix and went golfing with some buddies and after the round my seat bottom is hard and visibly different as well. I drove a buddy, but his shorts were not wet, and only other thing I can think of is I left a translucent folder on the seat and somehow the heat caused it to leach chemicals or something. Either way had a detailer check it out and nothing softened it up. Basically what he told me is it is like "trying to uncook food." I can't stand the appearance and need to replace this bad boy. Called a local leather shop and it would be like 3 panels for $500 replacement. So I started thinking I may as well swap the whole seat. I did before on my old car. So far on ebay I've seen full replacement seats for like $400. I also saw the seat bottom leather wrap only for like $130 but it wasn't model specific. How can I fix this everybody? Model is a 2007 Accord Coupe V6.

That is funny because I had the same thing happen in my 07 accord (4cyl, sedan) last spring living in Oklahoma. Both front seats shriveled up and I tried everything to soften it back up. I eventually gave up and went to the junk yard and got two new to me seats for around $400. The car itself was sitting at my job for about 10 days but I figured the sun baked it. I always kept my seats conditioned.
