Default scratch

Have 2005 red Accord DX, 2 door. Backed into our basketball hoop (dumb move) today. The corner of the left taillight broke and huge black scratch on left side of bumper. Sigh...going to sell in a few months anyway, so not too upset. Dont want to spend fortune painting or fixing, etc...I have a local service guy (not dealer)..Im assuming the whole light will have to be replaced. Will that be expensive or not really? Also...besides soap and water, is there anything I can spray or rub on the scratch (paint did come off, sigh...) to make it less visible? Something that I would have around the house- not in the mood to run to an automotive store today... You know us gals are always looking for homeade remedies to fix stuff. Any help is appreciated guys...

Lightbulb Maybe This Will Help

Go to say AutoZone and look in the Polish and Wax isle for color wax and
Paint stick that covers up things like that. If it's not a deep scratch it should work..

You could use nail polish, you have red, don't you?
Its lacquer, comes with a small brush.

I wouldnt reccomend nail polish... It will not look right at all... More than likely you can either use color wax or it may just be a smudge from the pole, and you can buff it out...
