Yeah i thought so myself. My only question was "What do you need this for?"
I was also wondering if the thing is really accurate on showing when VTEC kicks in. It is supposedly wired to the VTEC signal wire from the ECU so I guess it should be accurate. I had seen a lot of posts that indicate VTEC doesn't kick in till 4500 rpm. The videos he posted show that's incorrect. They show it kicking in anywhere from 2300 to 3800 RPM.

vtec point has alot of variables... and he might have a controler also... i personaly want this because i have economy vtec and would LOVE to be able to tell when im in vtec and when im not... i would also like to figure out a way to activate the Vtec when i want so i can just turn it on and off 4000 RPM on the freeway = no vtec but when i want to pass... i flip the switch and VROOOM!

I was wondering if he had a VTEC controller as well. Maybe I'll ask him if I see a related thread that I can respond to.
His Accord looks pretty sick too. I want to find out what performance mods he has as well. In the videos that thing sounds awesome!

my mate got a vtec controller for his prelude but it did jack all.. kicked in at 5500 but once he changed it to 4500 you could barely feel it kick in.. do you think if i put one in my 94 accord and change it to 5000 youll feel it kick in more obviously than stock vtec at like.. 3?

legion, you got iVTEC? What year is your Accord?

I think the real VTEC kicks in the iVTEC around 4500. There's a slight gasp and then the engine roars.

You could always wire the Vtec to a RPM activated switch. That would allow you to set the RPM the Vtec kicks in.
