window tint
Ok this is the issue... A month ago i got my windows tinted and my rear window didnt look to good so i took it over so they would replace it with a new tint. After waiting for almost 2 hours its my cars turn and they told me that if they were going to replace it they would have to scrape of the old tints glue and the defroster a antenna would get messed up. Is it really necesary to scrape it or are they just playing with me???

RE: window tint
they may need to scrape it and stuff but if the tint is screwed up they should fix it right and not mess up anything else, in my opinion if they screw up the defroster and stuff they should fix that to.... it's not your fault they made a mistake why should you suffer for it?

RE: window tint
yea raise hell and ask to speak to a manager. I would imagine getting a new rear defroster isnt cheap, even if it is you didnt screw up the tint job. BTW where did you go to get it done?

RE: window tint
i got the tint at senior stereo and it has a lifetime warranty cause i bought the most expensive ones they had. I got pissed when i was there cause i waited for almost 2 hours to hear the guy say to me hes gonna scrape of my defroster and antenna! yupi! I told the guy i was gonna come back when i got tired of tint looking bad so they would change it but what i really wanted was to check if that was true that you had to scrape it off...
