Default 04 Accord EX - Projector Headlight Problems

I am about at witts end with Halo/Projector Spyder headlights I installed in my 04 Accord to replace the OEM headlamps. Originally installed they worked great for a week, then the right side Low Beam went out. A few weeks went by before I had the chance to look at anything and the Left Low beam went out leaving me with only my high beams to drive home, to the displeasure of oncoming drivers as well as me.

I had an auto shop look at them and disconnected and reconnected in the SAME fashion they were originally installed. Magically they worked perfect again. 4 weeks later the right low beam went out, and sure enough 2 weeks later the left went out again. Halo's have worked well, High beams are great, although I haven't run them on for extended period of time.

If you have replaced your lights on this car, you know it's not a quick project. I have replaced fuses, and it doesn't seem to help. Does anyone have any thoughts? Do i need a ballast or voltage control module?

usually when plugging in and unplugging works it means there is a poor connection.
