15's are very difficult to set up and to get to sound good. I my self like the 15 over the other subs but I had tons of other components to make it sound good. My last system was 2 Soundstream SPLX-15's because they work in a small sealed box but I had to do 8" subs in the front doors, MB Quart 5 1/4 mid and 1" tweet in the kicks and tweets in the sail panels to get enough mid bass and volume to make it sound good. I got tired of no trunk space and lots of rattles and because my wife took the car from me a new system is in the works .

how do you define "better" bass, most 15's are for raw spl just deafening bass, but thats providing the right enclosure........ that is my friends view of better bass....... but what i define as better is quality tones and a solid sound i love bass cds that are a trance techno style ^_^

i guess you can define better base in, do you want to just to be loud or do you want to hear the different levels of base.
I had a L5 in my 3000gt and it didnt hit as hard compared to my buddy in his chevy with 2 12"s, but my sounded much cleaner.

I think for a honda, its def. over doing it with 2 15's. I would either go with a single enclosed L5 Kicker, or possibly 2 L7"s. I had an L5 Kicker Comp. for over a year, but i crashed my car and the sub burned with the car, but im already planning to buy the same L5 enclosed sub.

just my 2 cents.

hahaha yea I was gonna do 2 15" too. ahaha those were the days. Run up to Circuit City, and you can auctially hear some different ones in your trunk. have them put in the 2 12" kicker Comp VR's. they have awsome SPL and SQ. I have one 12" L5 and its running 250W UNDER rms of the sub and it will definatly tear down any system i have heard. but im selling it cuz the squares have **** worth sound quality, there all spl.
