Hello forum,

This is my first post so forgive any mistakes I make. I have a 2015 accord coupe EXL and the radio becomes unresponsive.

When I press to change from one preset channel to another preset channel. I see the preset station flash but the channel does not change to the one I just pressed. The radio unit was replaced and now the tech is saying it is my phone that is causing it. The issue seems to happen when a phone is connected. I wanted to ask if anyone has seen this issue before?

Just based on the reaction of the tech to blame the phone I feel I am in for a long drawn out issue.

 

I don't know but I bet you'll get better answers on the Audio forum. So I'll move this over there.

 

Please confirm if the problem only exists when the radio is paired with your phone.
