Default 2018 honda accord sport my radio wont stop resetting plz help

2018 Honda accord
i changed the battery in my car so I did a reset on the radio and ever since I did that my radio won’t come on the only time I see something on the screen is when I put the car in reverse otherwise I just see the little blue line at the bottom the makes it look like the system is about to load up after a reset but it doesn’t it turns off and looks like it’s resetting again I changed and checked all the fuses have had 2 mechanics look at it couldn’t solve the problem I took my whole dashboard apart took out the radio unplugged every wire and plugged it back in and still nothing it doesn’t want to come on it’s almost like it’s not getting enough power or something 😤 help me please feel free to text me at 9176505768 if you’re in the nyc area and are good with Honda radios I need this fixed ASAP!

Just to confirm, before you changed your battery, the radio worked fine, correct?
After you replaced the battery, did the radio start normally and worked normally?
You said you have "reset" the radio. Can you be more specific about how you did that? Did the car lose power during the proccess, any other malfunctions/interruptions during the reset?
I am asking you about the reset process because this could be a software issue just like when you are updating your PC/Laptop. It downloads updates, you hit the update button, process starts and when you hard shut down it or for whatever reason it dies, most likely you have system files which are corrupted and you end up reinstalling from scratch or use backup file.

Best Regards

Hello thanks for the response
so after the new battery radio was working fine but my apple car play wasn’t working so I did a reset of the radio through the menu went to settings and hit reset. After that I waited for about 3 hours before I shut the car off but the radio was and still is acting like it’s going to load but never does. I was thinking that maybe it could be a software issue but if this is the problem any help on how I could know?

Thanks..
