91 Accord Pioneer radio and power antenna
Hi everyone,
I just have what is hopefully a simple question. I'm trying to install a new Pioneer head unit into my 91 Accord LX, and I'm confused about the power antenna hookup. On the wiring harness that came with the Pioneer it does not have a dedicated solid blue wire for the power antenna, just a blue/white that has a tag that says "System Remote Control" on it. In the manual it says to connect the blue/white "to the system control terminal of the power amp or auto-antenna relay control terminal". Would I connect this to the power antenna wire on the factory harness? Looking around on the internet I couldn't quite find an answer, but it seemed like some people were saying that is what you should connect, but it would cause the antenna to be up whenever the stereo is on rather than just when it is set to the tuner function. Does that seem correct? Some people recommended installing a small switch to manually raise and lower the antenna, which seems like a good option and I would like that, but I don't know how to go about that.
Thank you, any help is appreciated.

See this link regarding the Blue/White wire:

For a 91 Accord, that wire gets connected to the Yel/Wht wire going to power antenna relay.
