Default Power antenna problem with aftermarket radio

I recently aquired a used 94 honda accord lx after my old dx was totalled in an accident. I salvaged my jvc radio from my dx and since both cars were the same year I figured I could use the same wire harness. I had a hard time unhooking the radio from the 94 lx and I'm afraid I may have pulled a wire loose or cause them to cross. My antenna will not go up now and it had been working fine. Could I have cause two wires to cross or is there a differnce between the dx and lx. I think I may have pulled something loose because when I placed the orginal back in, the antenna still would not go up. I check the fuses and they seem fine. Any ideas?

UPDATE: I went back and I discovered the antenna does indeed work with the old radio which is also an aftermarket which means something is different in the wiring between a dx and lx?
