i have an 04 accord ex. i have an amp and a 12" sub. i dont want to use my aftermarket so i bought a converter for tha factory radio.i know how to remove tha panels and compartment but i dont know where to attach tha four wires. it says on tha box but when i seen tha set up on tha factory radio i was lost. can anyonegive me some direction??
I can't understand what your saying. Just splice into the rear speaker wires in the trunk, no need to splice at the HU to only run the wires to the trunk. For a sub you only need to connect to one speaker, but you can connect to both if you need too.

What kind of converter are we talking? Link?
what fatt is talking about is a line level converter, which you would just tap into one of the rear speakers and connect the RCAs to the converter in the trunk, which is 100x easier.

The only converter you can be talking about is a line out convector or a JL clean sweep type thing. It does not sound like he has a cleansweep. You need to be somewhat specific if you want any good help.

X2 on this...
Ok... So what is your problem you don't know how to wire the LOC? Just splice into a speaker in the trunk and wire it up to the LOC. Then connect the RCA to your amp. I don't understand how you don't know how to wire the LOC it's extremely straight forward.
