Default Broken speedometer cluster

I broke my speedometer cluster while carelessly trying to install indiglo faceplates. Anyone know where I can ship it out to to have it fixed back to perfect condition? Basically when I rev my engine and drive none of the needles work at all.

P.S. I strongly discourage doing anything to your speedometer unless a professional is doing the job. Even then it's still a very risky mod.

are you sure it's not just a fuse or connection issue?

No because I connected it exactly the way it's supposed to be and only the rpm meter and the temp gauge worked, and it barely worked as well. the rpm meter moved but not smoothly. Also, this happened a whileago so I already got a new cluster and it works fine, except the temp gauge doesn't work, it keeps going to H and stays there even though my car isn't overheating. The reason I need to change back to my old one and have it fixed is because this new speedometer's mileage is too low and inspection time is coming up.
