I have 2007 Honda accord tourer cdti, can I change the cd player over to the sat nav which is the same shape and I'd so do I need to add gps adapter?

Yes it can be done. You have to source a cable or make it yourself. My 07 Accord had a 6 disc radio and I changed it over about 6 years ago. I have had no issues. If you don't get a gps antenna where would the NAV get its location from?

Wasn't sure if gps was in-built

 

I've also seen the sat nav signal amplifier aswell, do I need this
