Exclamation fm, stereo and stereo lights not working

Hello member! I have 2009 Honda accord lx-p with me and few weeks back my FM stereo including clock, CD, multimedia lights (climate control lights are fine) like lights of play, next and so on is also not illuminating. I have checked the fuse driver and passenger side but everything there seems working fine. I am a rookie so don't know much troubleshooting and would appreciate what I can do next.

Is this a fuse problem or factory fm radio has gone bad?Need some suggestion

** I just checked all the fuse and looks like all the fuses are good**

Best way to check a fuse is to use a digital multimeter to measure voltage on both sides of the fuse - using the small metal tabs. This lets you see voltage and check not only the fuse but also the circuit. Ground the black lead then touch the red DMM lead to the metal tabs. If you have voltage on only one side, it's a bad fuse. If you have voltage on both sides then the fuse is good. If you have no voltage on either side, then that circuit isn't powered and the issue is elsewhere (assuming it should have voltage).

It may be due to faulty solder joints on some surface mount resistors, like in this other site thread: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-.../#post51314678

Default This happened to me a year ago

Happened to my 2008 Honda accord a year ago. I took to napleton Honda on torrence Lansing. They said they will replace the radio head unit for $1300. I ran away. But ended paid $150 deadly fee for diagnosing the unknown problem. I asked them to write the part number for me, the advisor wrote an incorrect part number to deceive themselves. But not me. I contacted some parts seller and they all told me that the part number given to me was not exist or wrong. I went back there, the same advisor said is correct. Anyway, I had the faulty head unit replaced with touchscreen screen pioneer with good interface with many functions like bluetooth, aux port, and backup camera. Since then, I haven't take my car to the napleton dealership.
