Default How did you embed the pix in the text?

I'd like to start posting some how-to threads, and need to do the same.

Thanks -

Forrest

first step to insert pictures is to host them to a site, like photobucket or snapfish. i have found that 800x600 is the best resolution for web viewing. when uploading a large number of pictures, you can either set the default upload size or resize them in a program like Microsoft Office Picture Manager (allows you to resize all pics at once).

after they are uploaded, you insert them using the [img] tags, or click the landscape icon next to the web link icon.

I have a problem KHA. maybe you can help me out. I already posted it on another forum as well so I am just going to copy pasta my post from there.

i completed my big 3 today. I am happy to say that I am seeing almost no voltage drop. I do however have a problem. My voltage sits right around 13.7. whether the a/c and stereo are running or nothing is running I am still sitting right around 13.7. That is tested at the battery and at the cigarette lighter. both places gave me the same results. if I rev the car to around 3k rpms I can get it up to 14v but I dont want to drive around in 2nd gear in order to get the voltage. any ideas? is this a problem? what the hell should I do?

nothing wrong with 13.7V. that may increase as the battery becomes fully charged. what does your battery voltage rest at when the car is off?

Here's are a couple of interesting reads - they don't apply exactly, but it helped me get over my love for 1-wire alternators -

12.3 is low. 12.8 is good. the battery could be bringing the overall voltage down a few tenths.

put the battery on a charger and see if it will rest at 12.6 or higher.

its a brand new battery. I would have to check it again. I am not 100% that is what it was at but i bought the battery about a month ago and it was not a cheap battery. it was the highest end battery they had besides the optima.
