and i want to put 2 12's in the trunk
what is the best way to set it up?
should i removed the back speakers?

Depends on what type of sound you want and if you want SQ or SPL or SQL...the most simple way is to build a box, put the subs in, and then put them all in your trunk. But, no matter what type of box I would make sure that your subs are firing towards the rear of the car (generally makes them sound loads better)
