Default Metra Dash Kit and Low AC Fan

Like the title says my GF has an 03 Accord with the Metra Dash kit installed
and the AC Fan seems to run slower than with the stock controls.

Is there a fix for this? I have seen You Tube videos "reprogramming the
Metras dash kit", but there is no explanation of what this does. Just shows
a button being pushed-held and the unit doing it's thing?

Reviews are not good for the results, so I have not tried, going to the
experts first.

Thanks

Calibrating the aftermarket controls makes sense.

There is a program sequence in the instructions, please confirm this is your kit:

That looks like it, this was installed at Best Buy a while back.
I will try the reprogramming once the car is back later this week.
