Mixing brand names of subs?

Default Mixing brand names of subs?

Hey Pplz,
Can anyone tell me if mixing two different brands of subsand an amp is okay? Say, ifIconnected oneKenwood sub and then aPunchto a Kenwood amp. Is this okay, or does it even matter? Thanks for the help.

There is no problem with connecting a different brand sub to a different brand amp. As long as the sub is rated to handle the output of your amp.

As for running two different brand of subs, as long as each sub is in its own separate chamber and the are the same resistance there shouldn't be a problem. If they are of different sizes, then one sub will drown out the other at different frequencies.
