Default n00b question lol

Hi guys, so i'm gonna be 100% honest -- I dont know too much about car audio...but I just recently this week purchased 2013 accord LX 4dr, and I want to learn.

Basically what I want to do is change out the stock speakers, and put in an AMP but my concern is ... will this head unit be compatable to bring enough power to the speakers/AMP? because I know stock head units dont typically produce that much power .... pretty much I just want a louder, crisper sound .. not really interested in getting subwoofers or anything like that

Please, any advice or tips/suggestions are encouraged and highly appreciated .. and also if I said something that is incorrect in this thread, dont come at my neck! lol I am new at this

Thanks guys .... also attached is a picture of the headunit, dont think it could be replaced for a different one that has more power output right?

you can retain the stock head unit (for controls and cosmetics) and upgrade speakers with an external amplifier (4 channel). you just need to interface between the stock HU outputs and the amplifier inputs. this can be as simple as a line output converter (AudioControl LC6i) or as advanced as an integration processor (JBL MS-8).

the HU becomes a low power source for signal only.

Thanks man, I am thinking about getting this amp/speaker combo, can you please let me know if it will be a good match?

amp:
Jensen Power 760.4 (power7604) 760W Max 4-Channel Amplifier with
or
Kenwood KAC-8405 720W Max, 4-Channel Performance Series Amplifier

speakers
Kenwood KFC-1664S 6-1/2" 3-way car speakers — also fit 6-3/4" openings at Crutchfield.com
for both the front and the back

please let me know! any suggestions are greatly appreciated ... also, crutchfield has told me that they would supply me with the brackets to make the speakers fit.
