Default Navi re-boots while driving

My 2006 EX-L has a NAVI unit that is re-booting while driving down the road. I have a Parrot that I installed a couple of years ago, and have had no troubles with the Navi, stereo, Parrot. But in the last few days I've noticed the Navi re-boots while driving. Anyone else had this happen?

I'm thinking about removing the Parrot, as it's the wifes car and she doesn't like it, and I'm afraid that if I go to the dealer with it installed, they will try to deny the warranty.

Please advise.

TD

BTW, I tried searching, but I think the search functions down, because it wouldn't find anything, no matter what I searched for.

Default RE: Navi re-boots while driving

My moms 2004 Acura MDX had a rebooting navi issue and Acura said the whole unit needed to be replaced. I'd imagine it's the same in your situation. Is the Parrot wired into the audio system? If so, yes, I would uninstall it before bringing it to the dealer. That new navi system (non-warranty) was quoted at $4700 including labor for us, don't risk getting that price pinned on you.
