I heard they have the stock Navigation head units on ebay, but I haven't checked into that. There is a guy on http://www.v6performance.net that installed it into his car awhile ago. Doesn't sound really that involved, just have to have all the right components to get everything going. Good luck with it.....

Have you looked into the aftermarket products? I have a Garmin C550 in my accord and I just put an Avic-D2 (pioneer) in my M3. Honestly, they are heads and tails over the factory units, and cheaper too.

If you're planning on buying off Ebay, be sure to buy a '05-07 model head unit as they have more memory and are faster than the older models. You will have to do a few things to upgrade your car:
Replace the center dash, including the upper vent panel to make way for a sub-screen for the dual temp control (which reminds me - your accord must have dual climate control already installed for the upgrade to work). You will also have to obtain the correct wiring harnesses as the navi system uses a few extra plugs than the standard radio does. In addition, you'll have to route some wires to the panel above your rear view mirror for the microphone and to the back for the DVD head unit which is where you'll have to load the navigation software from. It looks like you can buy the DVDs directly from Honda for about $200 - note that they have two regions so be sure to order the right disc. One region covers all the northen states and canada, and the other covers all the southern states. There is a bit of an overlap on central states, so depending on where you travel most often, buy accordingly. A last note, you will also have to upgrade the steering wheel too, as there are some extra controls for it. You can find some great diagrams of the various parts of the accord at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ - just search for whatever type of car you have and it should list a bunch of categories to look at parts... and great prices btw - alot cheaper than dealer if you'd rather buy new instead of going through ebay.

Hope this helps!~

I own a '03 EX-V6 Coupe btw.
