Default New radio/sound system

I've got a 2003 Honda Accord Coupe... I was looking to change the radio/sound system. I know the speakers are easy to change, but I'm worried about the form of the radio. As you all know, it's irregular compared to the rectangular ones found in stores... Is it possible to change? Anyone have any tips/advice?

Edit: And what's up with the double '? When I write ', it comes out as 2? Weird...

Note: This is not my car. Just showing how it looks.

Speakers are usually easy, but can easily cause a headache if they are to deep, not allowing the window to roll down completely.

As far as the stereo, you have to get an expensive install kit that comes w/ all the same buttons and whatnot, but with a space for a new stereo. Costs around $150ish i think.

I see. Do you know where I could get a kit like that? Any sites?

THIS is the kit needed to install an aftermarket radio in a 7th gen accord.
