Default No audio signal from wire harness

I have a 2016 EX-L and I'm trying to bypass the factory amp to run speaker level inputs to a DM-608. I got an Axxess AX-AB-HN1 harness and plugged one of the connectors going into the amp into the harness and started checking the signal coming from the wires on the other end. I get no signal from any of the wires (down to millivolts) with the exception of the 2 wires that are said to correspond to the factory sub according to the harness instructions. For these wires, I get 15 volts. I have no idea what's going on here. Can anyone help?

The harness description says it's for 2018+ Accords.

Additionally, that is the 18-pin harness which is the amplifier output harness. That doesn't bypass the factory amp, it just lets you connect to the outputs directly.

The input harness is 24 pins.

Here is a PDF that has the harness pinouts for your amp: https://1drv.ms/b/s!Ap4dXrMqgeWbjnJW...5ab87?e=WrfSGA
