NO power to stereo

Default NO power to stereo

My car was recently broken (yeah tradgic i know) into and my stereo stolen, i am trying too replace my original manufacture stereo but there is no power goin too the stereo, there also isn't any power goin too the A/C 12v output source. could someone please help. i need to take a road trip and i can't go without some kind of sound other than my wife's voice, you get tired of you wife talking after 30 minutes and when she does shut up you wanna DIE!!!!!

u did check the fuses right? there should be one in the car for accessory, and another outside the car under the hood which contains the constant lead.

see if one of those popped

i don't know what you mean by "there is no power going to the stereo", you mean you can't find the wire with power or the wire is there but no power? anyways if the wire is there but you got no power then you should check the fuse, maybe the same fuse powers up the AC too, or when the stereo got stolen is probably the wires got pulled out hard and the wires are ripped somewhere that you can't see it. Now if you are installing a new radio and got no power to the radio, maybe your connections aren't right. Assuming you got the speakers and antenna connected right I will tell you that the black one is usually the ground, the red or blue is the power, sometimes the blue is for the antenna, now when you connect the power cable sometimes you have to connect together with another wire to get the power
