PS2
Hey everyone, I just got a new PS2, the new small one. I plan on puttin it in my car. I'm going to mount it inside my armrest and just use an FM modulator for sound[:'(]. I've got a little 6.5" screen on the way that i'm going to mount flush in an aftermarket dash kit that replaces the lower pocket. The only thing i'm not too sure about doing is powering it up. I know i can get an AC/DC converter, but i really don't want to install a converter box in my car. So while i was looking at the back of the PS2 I noticed that the power supply is 8.5 volts DC!
If anyone has put the new PS2 in their car, how did YOU power it up? Is there a car plug you can purchase that will convert 12v to 8.5v?[:@] Where can i get it?

RE: PS2
I have a ps2 in my car and I plugged it into this adapter that plugs into the lighter and is a regular outlet. we ran the wires for the adapter under the middle console and behind the lighter so I still have access to it. I only use the lighter to plug in my cell phone charger[8D]
