Default Sirius Receiver in 2001 Accord

I had a Sirius XM receiver attached to the vent in my old truck and decided to put it somewhere easier to manipulate in my new accord.
There's a lot of room below the CD player and 2 existing holes to utilize (I don't want to drill into the dash). I decided to build a bracket that would attach the starmate 4 unit to these 2 existing screws:

I used the top of my old CD player and fashioned an adapter for the satellite unit:

I ran the antenna out back and the power plugs into the cigarette lighter. The deck has a rear AUX input. No it doesn't get in the way of shifting, but yes, it's very accessible now. What do you think?
