Stuck in Diagnostic Mode
Hi I'm new to the forum, I was wondering why is my car stuck in Diagnostic Mode? It a 1999 Honda Accord and when I start diagnostic it'll have four flashing lights on the obd reader but then it'll be stuck on three of them for weeks I was wondering what can I do to fix that?
