this is how you bypass the vehicle wiring. dedicated power wire to the battery, fused at the battery. i bought a cheap 10awg amp kit and used that. plenty of juice.

Kenwood is a much better amp than Pyle.

yea i know, anyway. i may have found an issue that may be contributing and since i believe your also good at electrical, i will ask you. so the ashtray and cig assembly lights dont work, more so only the cig assembly worked then went out after moving wires, so i repaced the cig assembly and got a new wire harness for the lights/assembly and still dont work, most cars are ground on/off with constant power, do you know where the grounds are for that area, im thinking it may be bad, so it could cause noise since its so close to the head unit?

just wondering and considering all posibilities
