I have a 97 honda accord the moon roof is two motion slides back and forward to seal, i had a 2000 honda civic which slid back and forwards but also tilted up i am wondering if there is a possible way to swap out the moon roofs or the hinge mechanism to make the moon roof tilt up i know the switch would have to be changed for the tilt option but is there a simple solution that could be done for the tilt option.

 

my local shop sells and installs sun roofs, even in cars that didn't come with them. i'm sure it can be done, but i'd default the experienced guys at the shop.
