XM-Radio Not detected.

XM-Radio Not detected.
Hello,
This weekend i installed my aftermarket, Called XM they activated it and refreshed the antenna. It was working fine for 2 days. Now my head unit is not reading the XM Box at all it just says AUX and a slight humming is comeing from my speakers. What can be wrong? Im thinking maybe a bad ground? I put the ground wire on the screw by the door of the passanger seat. Ran the atena wire to my front window, and the IP BUS ran under my carpet. the actual turner i have under the passanger seat.
