Still in new condition. Just would like to know what type of fabic is installed (dealer has no idea). Would like to know how to remove the normal dirt, gum, and grease stains that may show up.

If you are really worried, buy a cheap plain black seat cover. Spray some water resistant spray on it, unless its a water proof material and then take it off or on as needed. Itll keep your seat free of stains, wear and tear, and fading.

No idea what the fabric is made of but you could try scotch guarding it to keep some of the milder stuff off of the material.
