Best product to remove caked on bugs on front bumper?

I use a sponge with mesh over it. I can also use HOT water in my garden hose (thanks to my neighbor the plumber). It works good, but as the wax wears down over time I notice it gets more difficult to remove the bugs.

Any cleaner will do...just let it soak then a lot of rubbing. And to keep them off I heard of some ppl use PAM Spray, one guy uses it on his Z06 vette, works fine for long trips, but if you're going to a show, it looks like poo.
