You could try Meguire's Scratch X, but that's a common problem with those bras. The best fix is to re-paint it.

if it's just minor oxidation falkore is right, scratchX can fix it. First clay bar the area...scratch X and prexisting wax does not mix well.
Applying: Use a clean cotton terry cloth, first spread athin layer over the small area then place small amount of scratch x on the cloth and work the location in circular or back and forth motion. Put some "passion" behind it dont worry it's abrasive power is small 10 lb of pressure should be fine. dont exceed 20 lb of pressure you could make your own scratch and marring. DO NOT let the scratch X dry, it's not a wax. Work the area for 3 mins? then wipe of with a clean MF cloth. Repeat the process 2-3 times. If you see no improvement you may need a DA polisher or stronger abrasive. Dont just "push harder" again that will create marring.

if clear coat is more dmg that you think...you might need to 2k grit wetsand it with unit grit and use M105 follow by M83 with M21 or D-151. all can be done by hand with correct technique.

Wetsanding will require new clearcoat. Wet Paint Glaze won't do a thing for that problem. The best bet is to PM RTexasF ...... and the next best is to try Scratch X.

ummm actually wet sanding does not always mean sanding all the CC off. But yea ..I wouldn't wet sand..some shop spray extra coat of CC knowing it's gona be wet sand and reapply CC to the entire panel after polishing and buffing...it's a messy process. However if your car is single stage paint...it can be a different story.
