Default painting wheels

what is the best way to paint the factory 15" ex wheels

i want them flat black.

sand off the gloss on the face and spray them with wheel paint?

btw

i do not have a sand plaster and would be doing this by hand.

any tips and tricks would be appreciated

Sanding and painting pretty much sums it up. Since you want it flat it shouldnt he hard to have it come out nice. Just make sure they are real clean when you paint them.

I guess a tip would be to put index cards around the rim so you don't get paint on the tires.
